1. 2-4 extra persons were seated at my reserved sleeper seat. Bus staff were not bothered at all. Persons were misbehaving when we asked them to leave the seat. 2. AC was not working and everyone opened the window. 3. Overcrowded. Many persons were sleeping on the walking passage between two sleepers. As a lady passenger, it was not safe and comfortable.

They should give blankets on their own without asking for them. AC and charging shouldn't be turned off till the last stop. Staff behaviour is actually so good. They shouldn't allow passengers to sleep on the floor when they are seated in bus chairs.
