I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent bus journey taken by my wife and 3-year-old daughter. Firstly, communication with the driver was impossible prior to boarding, as his mobile was unreachable. When questioned, the driver dismissively stated that he avoids calls due to the high volume of passenger inquiries. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a professional service. More importantly, I am appalled by the driver’s conduct regarding the drop-off. Despite the designated dropping point being Chh. Shivaji Maharaj Chauk in Loha, the driver refused to stop there. He insisted on dropping my wife and young daughter on an isolated highway outside the city. At the time of this incident, it was raining heavily, the location was desolate, and they were traveling with luggage. When my wife requested to be dropped at the agreed-upon location, the driver behaved in a highly rude and unprofessional manner. Even when I attempted to intervene via telephone to ensure their safety, the driver remained uncooperative and hostile. Forcing a woman and a toddler to disembark at an unsafe, unknown location in the middle of a storm is a severe lapse in safety protocol. I expect a formal investigation into this driver's conduct and a prompt response regarding what actions will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
