This travel operator did not share the driver contact number, live tracking was not enabled. Also, the boarding point contact number was not reachable. The bus reached the boarding point 15 minutes before and no proper information was communicated.

Worst customer service. I was waiting for half a day to connect with an executive. But no one is connected. Issues can't be resolved.
