Asked to turn on AC multiple times but always neglected it and didn't turn on the AC

Delayed by one hour without any intimation.

Seat was not comfortable, couldn't even sleep the whole night. Bus was late by 2 hrs. On top of that, live tracking was not enabled and we wanted to go to old bus stand but driver dropped us near new bus stand and asked us to go by ourselves as bus was not going to new bus stand.
