The worst experience I have never seen. Too bad. I must do a big complaint. Suggest me where I can do the official complaint to the govt. Very much frustrated. Less than one star, you can keep minus 100 stars.

The seats were not good enough for a proper sleep. Lilens are in worst condition. No pillows were given... only blankets... one blanket for one person... the door to the box where all the lilens are kept at the back of the bus doesn't get closed. So entire night it was creating noise on its own to and fro motion. Lighting needs to be fixed. So much light even after 12. Boarding experience was fine. Staff people are good. But please take care of these things. It's a competitive world and you need to provide that A class experience to stay in the business. Thank you. Will look forward to take a ride again in near future and will hope the issues pointed here to get resolved by then.

The bus got delayed for more than 2 hours of actual arival timing. It was halted in kilambakam bustand for 2 hours.
