Bus broke down after it reached 50 km, I had to board a different bus to reach the destination. It was a bad experience.

This journey was terrible as bus after starting journey in some 20km stopped due to diesel pipe breakage and was forced to travel in some other bus driver cab with more than 8 people sitting for 10 hours.... very pathetic journey

Bus broke down midway and no alternative bus was arranged.

The bus broke down at the Makutta hairpin bend, and an alternative bus was arranged to Bangalore. Due to this issue, we were delayed by more than 3 hours. However, I would like to appreciate the staff for handling the situation very professionally. They were extremely supportive and ensured that all passengers were taken care of throughout the delay.
