Bus was on time in both boarding and dropping. Staffs were humble and helpful and I haven't observed any rash driving. It was a comfortable journey with ideal travels.

The staff don't know how to behave. He is so rude and doesn't know how to speak with the customers.

The bus was very late and was delayed by one hour to reach our destination. We were in a hurry with the time and the bus was very slow. As per the timing, we needed to reach by 7:30, but we had not yet arrived. The map showed we needed an extra 15 minutes, which means by 8:40 am.

I think the bus I travelled was the new one and it was excellent. Only that dropped my experience was the rest stop hygiene. They had stopped at a public toilet which was absolutely a disaster. Kind request to not stop at public toilets.

1. Hence there wasn't a door; we could hear a loud conversation between the driver and conductor the entire night. We couldn't get sleep. 2. Stopped for restroom. It was an unhygienic, pathetic place at Sakleshpur bus stand. Suggest that going ahead, change restroom place to one of the good restaurants.
