I would like to register a complaint regarding my recent journey. The bus was not clean. There was leftover dirt and waste from previous passengers, making the journey uncomfortable. Although the bus was a Volvo, it was making excessive noise throughout the journey, which was unexpected and affected the travel experience. I request you to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the buses so that passengers receive the quality of service they expect. Thank you.

The bus was not Volvo and there was no washroom in it. Booking Intercity was a terrible mistake.
