After entry, door next door not there in bus. Cold air passed inside the bus. We did not sleep the whole night. Worst experience.

The entire bus is changed along with timing at the last moment. Instead of 8.30 it was changed to 9.45 pm. I was asked to come to Soraba (which is 12 km away from my place!) instead of my original boarding place - Malalagadde. Very very bad experience. Don't ever book Prakash Travels.
