As per last night journey I felt like train general coach. No store available for luggage, luggage are available in passing way, many more extra persons available inside the bus, he sleeps in passing way. Heavy luggage for outside vendor, low punctuality, 2 hour late.

The behavior of the staff was very rude. The staff do lack basic professionalism and punctuality manners. The bus arrived at Kendrapara after 3 hours of the scheduled time.

I traveled 4th time in this bus, very good experience. AC can be better. Can reach destination a little earlier.
