The charging points were switched off by driver/conductor again and again. I have travelled many times in such buses and all had provided mineral water bottles but in this, no water bottles were given.

Due to the bus being delayed by more than 2 hours, I missed my Vande Bharat train. The bus did not drop me at the boarding point on time, causing me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I booked the bus expecting to reach my destination as per the scheduled time, but the delay made it impossible for me to catch my train.

Had a comfortable and pleasant journey from Siliguri to Gopalganj. The bus was clean, departed on time, and the staff and driver were courteous and cooperative. The journey was smooth, and regular updates regarding the trip were helpful. Overall, a reliable and convenient travel experience. I would recommend to others and look forward to travelling again.
