Near to departure, AC wiring burned due to short circuit but still the Tarval owner has taken all persons for granted. My wife was traveling on that bus and she is now hospitalized due to low oxygen issue.

My journey was not comfortable. I had a sharing seat, and the co-passenger sitting next to me was smoking a cigarette using a lighter inside the moving bus. This caused discomfort and inconvenience during the journey. Smoking inside the bus is a serious safety and health concern. I request you to take strict action against such behavior and ensure better monitoring by the staff to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience for passengers.

Cleaning is not proper and bedsheet pillow cover are too dirty. AC is not working whole night, AC is off and we face too many problems. As per ticket price, too much bad service. Can we get refund?
