Delayed by more than 3 hours due to multiple bus breakdowns. The bus did not start from Kottayam until 9:55, when it was scheduled for 08:10 due to the breakdown of the original vehicle. Again, around 7 am, the new bus also broke down and we were all put in random Bangalore-headed buses. Worst experience. Service should not even be listed on travel sites.
