I had a very bad journey today. Throughout the night, water was continuously dripping from the AC onto our seats. We informed the driver and pickup staff about the issue, but there was no proper response or action taken. Balaji Tours and Travels should properly maintain and service their buses to avoid such problems and ensure passenger comfort.

AC doesn't cool the bus. It's useless to travel with this bus as AC is of very bad quality or malfunctioning.

Staff behaviour was not good.. I am having one laggage dealing for that with staf very bad...he was telling directly you can cancel and go back...I will never book this travel again...

Rest stop doesn't have dedicated washrooms... too much bad experience. Bus is good, staff is also good but rest stop should be changed.
