No water bottle, conductor was rude, the charging point was not turned on. The rest stop washroom was in a really bad condition.

The bus service is reducible. They were never on time and the bus is rather for mango transportation than passengers. The entire bus ground was filled up with mango boxes. The driver and cleaner are into mango sales. Bus arrival time to Junagadh was mentioned as 10:11 but the bus reached Junagadh after 11:15 pm. Even I spoke to your customer care, which is not supportive. Better to check GPS how much time it took in Talala and Vanthali to bring mango boxes and they don't care about passengers who are waiting. Even the bus did not reach on time at Ahmedabad. I never suggest traveling on this bus if you are a time-precious person.

Bus is very bad and seat is not clean. Timing is not proper, 3 hour late departure. My ticket is Surat to Somnath because bus operator's bus stop is Keshod.
