Traveled from Vashi to Pune with this bus. Had a horrible experience with the AC. They did not turn on the AC and ran the fan instead. I requested the driver twice to start the AC. He said "please adjust, AC not working" but the AC was actually working — they just refused to turn it on. Complete nightmare journey in this heat. Hope they change their mindset and treat passengers better next time.

The bus was very late, my boarding time was 11 pm but the bus came at 1 am. The bed sheet was not clean, there was no blanket, and the live tracking was not working.
