Bus is late, no proper AC, stopping everywhere, and did not depart on time. The scheduled time was 10:30 am, but the bus started at 11:15.

1. Time management is very poor. 2. Bus condition is very poor. 3. Seats are not clean. 4. The seats are not adjustable and the locks are not working. 5. Reaching time is punctual. 6. Water bottle stands are all broken. That's why I rated it 1 star.
