Advise your staff to help the people to put the luggage inside. This is a very bad experience. Every time we book this bus because the bus condition is good and clean, but your staff behaviour is not good. Ask them to help the people with luggage handling.

AC not working during whole journey, battery failure, pushing bus 3 to 4 times on highway and city and then start. Please remove this bus in Red bus app. Driver says electric fuse problem. Please refund money. We are traveling non AC bus.

Bus condition is good. AC is properly working. Neat and clean. Staff is very good. Nice suspension bus. I recommend to other people to travel this bus. I always choose the Jay Santaji bus for Dhule to Pune.

Seating is uncomfortable and stinking smell. Only for this bus, not for other Santaji buses.

I observed that the ac is not working properly from source point and I let operator know about this. Still, operator decided to move on, saying that due to atmospheric condition, ac will start working properly after some time. Later, after an hour, the bus stopped working. Replacing the bus was arranged after an hour, which caused a delay in departure. The replaced bus was also not intact. I have a very bad experience with this operator.
