Bus in very poor shape and condition. Lamps broken and all parts inside making noise. Cleanliness poor.

Very bad bus AC not working, charging socket not working, seat was uncomfortable. Bus jumping on plain road, I think this is without suspension.

The bus started with a delay of 1 hour and ultimately reached the destination around 1.5 hours late. There were a lot of cockroaches inside the bus, which clearly indicates an urgent need for pest control. Additionally, the bus stopped at multiple locations to pick up local passengers and was operating more like a local bus rather than a luxury long-route bus as advertised. I am very disappointed with the overall service and travel experience. I did not receive any water bottle.

The driver attitude was high at the pick-up place but the driver did not come to take me. I called him and asked, and I had to run to catch the bus. One was late and picked some other local passengers on the road.
