Extremely disappointing experience. The bus was scheduled to drop passengers at 11:00 am but arrived 4 hours late. Additionally, the rest stops chosen by the operator did not have proper washroom facilities, which was especially inconvenient for female travellers. Poor planning, lack of passenger comfort, and significant delays made this a frustrating journey. The service needs major improvement.

They literally took almost 24 hours to complete what was supposed to be a 12-hour journey. The bus kept stopping at random places and at some stops, it remained parked for 1.5 to 2 hours without any valid reason. When we asked the staff about the delay, they simply said it was a "loading bus." But what about the passengers who paid for a timely journey? This level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

Taking too much time from Indore to Agra. They show time in app as 7 pm to 9 am, but bus starts from Indore at 8 pm and reached Agra at 12 am. Cleaning is proper but time is a major issue.
