Was delayed and midway stop was very late. Not able to have the lunch on time.

The bus from Chandigarh was supposed to leave at 11:10 am, but after talking to the operator, they said it would be an hour late. Then, when we got to the bus stop, they told us it would be another 20-25 minutes late. So, it was a total of 2 hours late. There was no waiting room or place where we could wait. We waited on the road for 2 hours.

First and foremost, staff should consider the comfort of all passengers, not just a few. The passengers in the front row were disturbing and had no manners at all. They slouched their seats all the way back, making it impossible for me to sit in my seat, and staff did not bother at all. Fortunately, the other seats were available. Also, it was virtually like any local bus, making stops and asking for more passengers even when the bus was running late. It was not very clean and did not offer water. Charging slots were not working. I will not recommend their service.
