As per your pick up timing is 10:50 pm but bus came at 11:45 pm with no information. Also, we waited for 1 hour 30 minutes. In the morning, the bus was also late at 8:45 am.

Good: Bus was very clean and well maintained throughout the journey. Driver was experienced and drove safely. Needs improvement: Bus reached my dropping point around 1.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time. A more accurate ETA would help passengers plan better. Please announce dropping points using a microphone. Since most passengers are asleep during early morning hours, it is easy to miss the stop without a proper announcement.
