Do not ever opt for this bus. Worst service they provide. They don't meet their own promises. Always take the longest route via different villages just to earn more revenue. Pathetic. All this is enough to waste someone's crucial time. Took 8 hrs to reach Balaghat.

There is dirt all over the bus, there are mosquitoes everywhere, neither the seat is good nor the car is good, nothing is good in the bus.

There were no curtains and no window railings, which was completely unsafe for children. They allowed more people than the seats available in the bus. Not satisfied. Very bad experience.
