Worst ever experience. I feel the service is completely responsible for showing wrong arrival timing at Guwahati. The arrival time at Guwahati is shown as 13:30 but the bus reached late at 14:50. Is this a joke to reach 1 hour 20 minutes late? They took a 45-minute tea break even though every traveller was waiting without AC on the bus. There may be some unforeseen issue but they were late in boarding by 20 minutes and later I saw no effort to reach Guwahati. Because of this, I missed my next bus. Above all, the staff present were not even helping the elderly women with luggage while deboarding. They could not even hold the door inside properly so that the traveller could get down. The bus seat was comfortable and AC was working fine. But reaching almost 1 hour 30 minutes late from the claimed arrival is not acceptable by the bus. Do not take the bus if you have to reach on time.

Worst till now I have ever experienced driver make passengers wait around 1 hour without valid reason. This was my first and last booking from Narayanpur (Assam) to Guwahati and I also suggest others please don’t book this service otherwise you can be the next.

The bus stops every 10 km for about 10-30 minutes. The bus got delayed for about one and a half hours. Horrible service. Bad seats, bus moves too slow and uncomfortable.

Very slow service. Stops like a city bus. In this scorching heat they switch off the AC in between. Have to request them to keep the AC on.
