Worst experience ever. Don't ever book this bus. I would rather walk than go on this bus. Terrible comforts. The curtains don't even close properly, no privacy. Charging port only USB to type C, that also doesn't work. Imagine travelling 6-10 hours without any charging support. My phone was off the whole journey. No place to keep your luggage. Dirty, smelly and unhygienic blankets and pillows. You will get skin disease from just using them. Worst travelling experience ever.

Worst bus experience ever. Staff are very rude and they didn't even stop at our bus stop. Never board this bus ever.

The overall service and timing of the bus were good. However, the ride quality in the sleeper berth was highly uncomfortable. The berth was shaking and jumping constantly throughout the journey, making it very difficult to sleep.
