A sleeper bed is not comfortable and very risky. People may fall down at any time after falling asleep, which could result in injury.

Bus was late by 1.5 hr and also seat was not comfortable. Tyre was hanging near my seat.

Pickup and drop not done at given place. Pickup done away from Theen Hat Naka, i.e. 3 km, and dropped at 5 km away Peth Naka.

Seats are not cleared and no cleaning is there as well. Boarding done after 1.30 hour late without any update that bus is late.
