I traveled with KPS Travels last night for the first time, and the experience was outstanding. The bus was exceptionally clean, and the berths offered incredible comfort for a peaceful sleep. I was highly impressed by their strict punctuality and smooth, safe driving. The staff was professional and well-behaved, and the rest stops chosen were clean and hygienic. Highly recommended.

The only good thing you have is crew, bus is very poorly maintained. Looks like while the bus was coming from Chennai to Salem, one tyre and stepney were punctured and the bus management didn't even care to look at these and made the bus do the return journey. As a result, the bus broke down and reached Kulambakkam at 7 AM. The crew was driving at 50 kmph; even SETC and other lorries were overtaking. It's not the crew's fault because of the vehicle. Please don't travel in this bus if you are looking for a peaceful journey.

Bus broke down in between. Two tyres burst. Did not have replacement. Got delayed by two hours.
