I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent bus journey. The scheduled departure time was 12:45 PM, but I received a call informing me that the bus timing had been rescheduled by 30 minutes. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Additionally, the customer service representative who spoke to me over the phone was rude and unprofessional. The journey also took much longer than expected. A trip that usually takes 7–9 hours ended up taking nearly 12 hours. Despite the extended travel time, the bus stopped for only one break, which was inconvenient for passengers. For such a long journey, at least one additional break should be provided. I request you to look into these issues and take appropriate action to improve your service and passenger experience.

Pathetic the operator did not bother to call us and give any details regarding pickup time etc. We were struggling to call him; he never responded. We called MMT but that too was useless. We waited at the boarding point and the bus was not ready to stop. I shouted on the highway; somehow the cleaner saw and stopped, or they would not have cared. When I told the operator, he said he was calling when he did not call. I had two small children with me and it was very annoying and stressful. Very bad experience.

Seat number nine, which was booked from Panchgani to Mumbai, was a twin set lower deck. The bedsheet that was given smelled a lot. Someone had used the toilet on that bedsheet, and it was not clean. The smell lasted the whole night. That was my bad experience.

The bus maverick came to the pickup point. I kept waiting. There was no tracking, so I had no idea if the bus was even going to arrive. There was no driver number released, and the given operator numbers did not work. One worked, but nobody was picking up on that number.
