Ac is not properly cooling, and lagged bag is stored not properly. Bag area is damaged. No information that the bus is late around 40 minutes at Brooding Point. No call from driver and no information about bus delay. Staff behavior is not proper. Suggestion is kindly provide every customer a blanket.

Seat curtain rod was broken. Bus was almost 40 min late to arrive at the destination. Bus arrived late to pickup point.

Bus was more than an hour late. It would have been good if customers were informed about the delay. It was raining outside and we were waiting for more than an hour. We were not informed even when we called the bus several times.
