I booked an AC luxury bus from Surat to Gandhinagar, but the experience was disappointing. First, they kept slowing down or reducing the AC during the journey, because of which it started feeling hot again and again. If passengers pay for an AC luxury bus, basic comfort should be maintained properly. Second, there was no charging point available in the bus, which is very inconvenient during long travel. Third, the bus timing was 10:40 pm, but the bus arrived around 12:00 am. A delay of more than 1 hour without proper management or communication is not acceptable. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not worth the expectations of a luxury bus service.

It's pathetic. First time in my life I saw AC travels with open windows system. Pure rough driving. Also, I had to travel 4 more km to my pickup location; they forgot to pick me up from my location.

Even though the bus was cancelled, there was no information given to customers and later at the last moment they shifted to another travel which was not very clean. It was not on time and moreover they did not inform the passenger when he reached the pickup location (they kept the bus far from the pickup location). The seat was not comfortable. I booked seat D and they provided me the last seat number. I requested but they did not listen to me. Very rude behaviour. Worst experience on this journey. Never recommend to anyone. Before travelling, check everything with bus operators then book a seat.
