Poor quality bus, all the panels inside bus broken, bus broke down. No stepping dropping timings are different from mentioned in the ticket fare.

I have booked sleeper then another bus picked me up until Anakapalli while I booked for at Visakhapatnam and I travelled by standing until Anakapalli and then I got my sleeper seat in another bus at Anakapalli which is the worst experience I have ever faced.
