The bus reached safely, which was the only positive part of the journey. However, the sleeper bedsheets were dusty and smelled bad, and the pillow was in very poor condition. There were mosquitoes inside the bus, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. The bus was also delayed. On top of that, I was dropped at a different location far from my original drop point, which was very inconvenient. I hope these issues are improved for future passengers.
