Luggage was inside the coach, so carrying luggage was difficult. Also, there was no hygiene and a urinal odour was present. It also took a long time for breakfast, almost more than an hour.

The departure time from Surat was 9.15 AM but bus arrived on 11 approximately and the arrival to Bengaluru was 11 am but reached at 3 pm. The place where they stop for breakfast was pathetic. They didn't provided water bottle. Just driver behavior was good.

Worst travel experience. The sleeper bed sheet was dirty and stained. I requested a replacement, but it was never changed. No water bottle was provided, and the AC was not working properly from the start. Midway through the journey, it stopped working completely, making the trip very uncomfortable.

Booked this bus. In return, I got another so-called Sudensha Travels and I got the last seat, which was horrible. They demanded an extra 500 rs for luggage, and while getting down, he deliberately took my phone, made a good 5-star rating, and left me, which is unacceptable.
