I had terrible experience, bus stopped in middle of night and I needed to shift 4 times. Reached my destination 2 hours late.

Please remove the TV screen as it is not necessary and was not announced through the microphone. The main thing is please ask your staff not to sleep in the passage. I already informed in 2023 on WhatsApp, but nothing has changed.

The staff behaviour was not good, and he does not know how to behave with customers. He was asking why we booked the bus online and complained that we did not wait five minutes at the pickup point. The bus also handed over or dropped late, and he refused to stop the bus at the Bangalore location. We also know how to behave properly, so please teach your driver how to speak and behave with customers. I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent bus journey. The scheduled pickup time from my location was 11:20 PM. However, the bus arrived earlier than scheduled, around 11:10 PM, and the staff repeatedly called us, pressuring us to reach immediately and stating that the bus would leave without us. They even instructed us to come to another pickup point that was farther away. Unfortunately, we faced an unexpected bike puncture on the way and had to arrange alternate transportation at the last minute. Despite this inconvenience, we still managed to reach the pickup point by 11:17 PM, which was before the scheduled departure time of 11:20 PM. Due to the constant pressure from the staff, we had to travel in a hurried and unsafe manner just to avoid missing the bus. What made the situation more frustrating was that shortly after departure, the bus stopped at a hotel around 11:30 PM for a dinner break of approximately 30 minutes. If the bus was anyway going to halt for such a long duration, the staff could have either waited until the scheduled pickup time or informed us to board at the nearby hotel stop instead of creating unnecessary urgency and stress. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and compromised passenger safety. I request that this matter be reviewed and that drivers and support staff be instructed to adhere to scheduled pickup timings and communicate more reasonably with passengers.
