There is no cleanliness in the bus. Blankets are in the worst condition; they smelled so bad. It was a very bad experience in this bus. I am travelling for the first time in this bus. I can't even think of travelling in this bus again.

Overall, the journey was good, and the bus reached the destination station on time. The facilities provided were satisfactory, and I had a comfortable travel experience. One area that needs improvement is GPS tracking. This feature was not available for the bus on the RedBus app, which made it difficult to track the bus's location during the journey. Because of this, I am giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 stars. I would also like to mention that some passengers boarded the bus without prior booking and were allowed to sit or rest in the aisle. This created unnecessary noise and inconvenience for other passengers. I request the operator to minimize such practices during the journey to ensure a more comfortable travel experience for everyone.
