The bus was 2 hrs late and the AC of bus was not working properly and felt so many bumps very hard and live tracking was also not working.

The driver was rude and provided poor service, making me wait XXXXX despite claiming he would arrive early. The live tracking was mostly unavailable. The seat was unclean and too small, the AC was not working, and there was only a fast-blowing fan. Overall, the bus was not clean and experienced significant delays.
