During the trip, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my travel experience: Vehicle Maintenance: The suspension system was notably poor, leading to an uncomfortable ride throughout the journey. Climate Control: Several AC vent flaps were broken, resulting in a continuous, uncontrolled stream of cold air directed straight at my seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Lighting Issues: The reading light at my seat was non-functional. Cleanliness: Upon boarding, I found a significant amount of dust on the seat, which suggested that the vehicle had not been adequately cleaned prior to departure. I believe these issues are easily rectifiable and hope that this feedback helps in improving the maintenance protocols for your fleet. I would appreciate it if you could look into these concerns to ensure a better experience for future passengers. I look forward to your response regarding the steps being taken to address these maintenance lapses.

Worst experience ever. I booked the ticket and the seat was already sold to another person. There were 15 people sitting in just 3 seats. Whole corridor was filled with people. If emergency, then only travel; otherwise, skip this.
