Bus delay by 2 hr at boarding point then bus broke down and started after 4 hrs. We were waiting at Samruddhi for 4 hrs, 12 - 4 am. Then bus driver dropped me at another point. My dropping point was Dadar; he dropped me at Chembur, from where I had taken a taxi. Worse experience in my life. After this experience, in future I will never choose this Mahi travel in my life.

The bus is ok ok but the service is very very very bad. Staff behaviour is very bad. It takes 3-4 hours extra to reach. They waste a lot of time on the way. The staff takes too many passengers and luggage without the owner knowing.

Seat are ok, everything are ok but not provide any blanket or sheets, vehicle stop for dinner at that place where taking overcharge for every item even snacks, water bottle. And vehicle arrive destination before 1 hour compare to destination time.
