Bus type changed and the bus number provided just one hour before the journey was also wrong. They are playing with the safety of passengers.

Rest stop is pathetic... very unhygienic rest stop and the staff at the rest stop is very very rude. Food is overpriced and has no taste as well.

Recliner in the seat was not working. Conductor was rude. He kept filling local people in the bus and gave them bench to sit. It was not a comfortable journey. The bus stopped at a place which was scary and dirty.

The bus was not the same as mentioned XXXX. Inside, there was a disgusting smell. The water bottle was not provided, and even the bus started at 10 instead of 09:15 pm.
