Unhygienic and sleeper not comfortable, smell in pillow, amenities not provided. They boarded other people from Panipat after full seats. They slept on bus ramp inside and made too much noise. Very disappointed.

Bus timings is 2.35 as per schedule but bus starts from Haridwar at 4.00 and AC not started sometimes. We have checked out from hotel; where should we go in hot day? Please update timing online.
