Had a very pleasant journey overall. The bus departed and arrived on time, which made the travel experience smooth and hassle-free. The staff was courteous, professional, and proactive in communicating important details. They properly called passengers, informed us about boarding points, halts, and other necessary information, making the journey well-organized.
The bus was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The seats and sleeping berths were comfortable, allowing for a restful journey. The air conditioning worked efficiently throughout the trip, maintaining a comfortable temperature without being too cold.
The driver's driving was safe, steady, and professional. There were no sudden brakes or rash maneuvers, which contributed to a comfortable and secure travel experience. The bus maintained a good pace while prioritizing passenger safety.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service. The punctuality, cleanliness, staff behavior, sleeping comfort, AC performance, and safe driving standards made this a truly enjoyable journey. I would definitely recommend this bus service and look forward to traveling with them again.

There was no live tracking available to track the bus. Bus name was Saptshrungi instead of Audumbar Travels. Bus comfort was good, driving was good but still there was a high chance to be at destination early.

Bus changed due to some reason and they assigned me the last seat which was worst and too uncomfortable to travel. Not going to travel by this bus and also if proper action is not taken, need to uninstall MakeMyTrip as well.
