The bus that was shown at the time of booking was not provided. The bus that arrived did not have air suspension as promised. Moreover, the driver's driving skills were not up to the mark, and the journey was very uncomfortable due to frequent jerks. The selected route was also not appropriate, as the road was rough and uneven. Overall, the travel experience was very disappointing.

Conductor dropped me at Bhatagao chowk instead of bus stand at 4.30 am because I was the only passenger for Raipur bus stand. He said they were running late but it was not the matter. For women, they should understand the concern. Earlier I gave 5 star rating but this time 3 star rating.
