Travel window is not opening properly. The application is frequently hanging, and it is very difficult to open and close the window. This is affecting usability. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Arogant staff poor clinliness Zero seat comfort 1hour late from start point and 1.5 hour late at my stop. Whole night there are bad conversation between staff and passenger worst service ever.
