I have traveled many times, and my previous experiences were good. However, this trip from Sullia to Bangalore was very disappointing. My seat was very dirty and not cleaned. The curtain was missing. The AC was not working properly. Blanket also wet.

There is no proper behaviour with passengers. Not dropped as booked dropping point, also arguing with us. Do whatever you want, I don’t care. Really very bad behaviour.

Driving could be smooth on the potholes and speed breakers. Staff speak loudly among themselves, which disturbs the passengers' sleep. Staff never tell the passengers not to use mobile phones loudly, which disturbs other passengers' sleep. Seats are not cleansed.

No punctuality..Bus got broke down near Sullia @11 PM ..the bus operator not taken any responsibility and they arranged bus in the morning 6:30 AM .
