1- Live tracking was not accurate. Also, driver and operator numbers are always switched off. I called them multiple times for the bus location. 2- They have taken offline bookings as well, and in a single seat there are around 6-8 people seated. The bus was overcrowded. 3- Bus was not hygienic at all. If there was any chance to change the bus, I would definitely change the bus. 4- There was nothing for ventilation, not even a basic fan. 5- I had booked the seat around the middle of the bus, but my seat was located at the last. 6- If there was a minus rating available, then I would like to give it. The bus was suffocating due to overcrowding. Don't waste your money on this bus. It will ruin your day.

horrible travel experience, never book ticket with mansi travel special not good for ladies, bus condition is poor, no charging point available, diacomfortable seats not able to sleep in whole journey, fooling the people by charging same money as other travel charges but zero service

“Today I travelled in Mansi Bus from Khandwa to Anand and my experience was extremely poor. The sleeper seat was full of dust and not cleaned properly. The driver was driving very roughly which made the journey uncomfortable and unsafe. The staff behaviour was also very rude and unprofessional. Moreover, the bus stopped at a place where even proper washroom facilities for ladies were not available. Overall, it was a very bad travel experience and I hope you improve your service and cleanliness standards.”
