Seats are not hygienic. Feels uncomfortable while sleeping. May be bed bugs are there. I don't know. The bus seat handles cushions are already damaged.

Driver is rude. He doesn't wait for 10 mins for the people who booked tickets, but to sell leftover seats, he will wait at every stop for more than 10 mins. During washroom breaks, they don't check whether all passengers are back on the bus or not. Without checking, they start the bus.

I was late by 5 mins to the pickup point due to traffic. Bus driver denied to wait, I understand that they have timelines. Still, I was almost reaching the bus in a minute, driver left the pickup location.
