Terrible experience. Due to the rain, water was leaking directly from the AC duct, leaving my seat completely soaked. The bus smelled awful, and the staff was incredibly rude—when I complained about the wet seat, they carelessly replied, "What can we do about it?" To top it all off, the scheduled arrival was 9:00 AM, but the bus didn't reach until 11:30 AM. Highly unprofessional and poorly maintained.

We experienced a delay, so I couldn't reach my destination by 9:00 am. I am currently on my way and expect to arrive at 11:08 am. This is a very bad situation.

This time, I had a very bad travel experience. The bus was delayed by 2 hours, and it had an electrical fault, which caused a lot of inconvenience to the passengers. The bus was not properly maintained.
