Not the bus staff nor all the passengers were aware of the meaning of AC bus. Is it only cold air for them? Staff kept open the main door and the passengers' cabin entry door. A few passengers also kept their windows open. This made the environment inside the bus pretty noisy, windy and pathetic. There is no meaning of AC bus like this.

Condition of bus was pathetic very dirty bus foul smell dirty washroom. AC vents were not closing. Behaviour of staff was too bad, non-cooperative and no manners of talking and dealing with passengers. Never choose this bus. Completely disappointed with this journey. Negative rating -5.
