Seat side charging plug is not working, seat and leg space are congested. Bus hygiene is below average. Timing is good and people working in the bus are coordinating well with the passengers.

Overall satisfied but Noyoni Resturant under ASTC Campus meals are not good and staff's behaviour also not good

the bus front glass got broken near Dergaon and the bus could not proceed journey from Jorhat and all travellers were deboarded and remaining bus fare not returned

The bus stopped midway in Jorhat, they said we will get refund but we haven't received it yet.
