The boarding point was changed by the bus operator, and I had to travel there with my luggage (3 bags). There was no pickup service to the boarding point, and I had to pay extra from my house to the boarding point.

Rest all points were too good: driving, seat comfort, rest stop, cleaning. However, only one point is missing, that is live tracking. Please act accordingly.
